Scouting:

Because of our international scouting network, we can track and follow up on talented players at an early age.

Contracting:
Once we are convinced that a player has the exceptional talent necessary to succeed as a professional football player and once the player has reached the requisite minimum age of 15 years and 6 months – as mandated by FIFA – for signing their first contract with our organisation acting as an intermediary, we will enter into a cooperation agreement with the player(s) and their parent(s).

Supervision:
This is of course a vitally important and time-consuming aspect of a player’s road to the top. Because of our team’s broad and specialised knowledge, we can assist with every key aspect of a player’s development, including the ongoing development of:

  • Technical football skills;
  • Tactical skills;
  • Action speed;
  • Physical aspects;
  • Mental aspects;
  • Medical aspects;
  • Education;
  • Dietary advice

Mediation:

The ultimate goal is for the players to reach a platform at the very highest level of professional football by signing a lucrative contract with a national or international club.

If necessary, we will bring in external professionals to deal with the following aspects:

  • Legal affairs
  • Fiscal affairs
  • Asset planning: whereas many football players should be financially independent at the end of their professional careers, that is often not the case. We can assist by managing the player’s assets to ensure they can live a care-free life after their active career is over.
  • Merchandising: the commercial exploitation of the popularity of famous people, such as top football players.
